Previously, she was Assistant Professor of International Labor Law at Cornell University School of Industrial Labor Relations, and Director for Labor Affairs at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and, earlier, she was a legal officer for the International Labor Organization in Geneva, Switzerland.
